Devon Kane International Dressage competitor, trainer and respected Clinician has called Diamante Farms in Wellington, Florida home since 2002. Devon has been an integral part of Diamante’s development into the world class facility it is today. Her ability to produce correctly trained and confident horses makes her a sought after trainer and successful international competitor.

Devon had her first taste of success riding with Olympian, Michelle Gibson, who helped her accomplish some great achievements as a young rider. That year she won the NAYRC individual gold medal and helped her team win the bronze medal. From there Devon’s career had continued success bringing several horses up the ranks and competing internationally at Grand Prix. Over the years, her numerous placing’s in the CDI’s at the Global Dressage Festival has demonstrated her abilities to partner with horses and succeed. Highlighted by her horse Destiny, trained from the start by Devon, she won the 2014 US Dressage Finals Grand Prix Championship. Other significant accomplishments include representing the USA in Falsterbo, Sweden in the CDI 5* Nations Cup, a top rated international show.

For the past 10 years Devon has also had a business relationship with Hubertus Schmidt, German Olympic champion, who won team gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Devon regularly trains with Hubertus and spends part of the summer at his farm in Germany.  Devon has built a successful career on the strong foundation she acquired from riding with the masters of the sport. That and her personal achievements as a rider has helped her develop a clear system to teach her students.

Devon’s students find her system translates to a clear, positive and easy teaching style. She is a sought after trainer and clinician by riders of all abilities. Under Devon’s instruction the riders quickly and positively progress. Her students are having great success showing nationally and internationally.
